Aluminum
The choice of material and type of aluminum was fundamental for us. The alloy chosen is anticorodal aluminium, at the top of the 6000 series of alloys, which has as its main characteristics: resistance to corrosion, excellent anodisation performance and excellent stability.
Polycarbonate
Extruded in Italy according to our specifications, the polycarbonate we use for the blades is the result of specific tests on light transmittance and mechanical resistance. To ensure resistance to very hard impacts, the blades are 2 mm thick which makes them almost indestructible.
Nylon PA12
The additional components are contained within a 3D printed core made of Nylon PA12, a material with exceptional mechanical characteristics that guarantees the protection of the components and the longevity of the lightsaber.
Electronics
The electronic part is designed by us to ensure maximum performance of the LED section and to optimize battery life. We selected quality components to ensure the longevity of the swords and strength in the combacts . Safety is always guaranteed by a battery control circuitry that prevents damage to the battery and the components.
